A £30 fully refundable deposit will be required prior to booking as a sign of good faith that you intend to keep any appointments you make with the studio. The deposit will be returned in full upon selection of your complimentary portrait. Only one entry per family; vouchers are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer at Hyatt Studios. A “family” is deemed to be two or more related people of more than one generation. This selection is not open to studio employees or their families. Studio and viewing appointments will be allocated according to diary availability. Additional products will be offered for sale, but you are under no obligation to make any additional purchases. Awarded vouchers are valid for 2 months from date of issue.
